Soby’s on the Side Chef de Cuisine Ken Talbott takes tailgating to another level

Soby’s on the Side offers a variety of plays to keep your team well-fed and revved up. G Magazine enjoyed a sandwich platter, deviled eggs with crab, and Cajun jumbo wings with three sauces: hot, Thai Caribbean, and (the favorite) teriyaki with ginger and fresh basil. Fresh fruit, Creole potato salad, and college-logo sugar cookies rounded out the spread, which we washed down with sweet tea and ice-cold Thomas Creek beer. A play worth breaking for.
