The sushi is considered among some of the best in town, but Chef Scott Vosburgh also creates interesting, globally inspired main course dishes, such as pan-seared crab cakes with Asian peanut slaw and chili remoulade, Chinese-style whole snapper, lemongrass tiger shrimp with a pad thai stir fry, and grilled filet mignon with white bean-chorizo cassoulet. Wednesday’s Martini Night is prime time for mingling and sampling a couple of creative cocktails.
